DELIVERY:

We endeavor to deliver the products to users within 3 to 4 days locally & international one week  usually after the date of purchase.

There are some factors that may cause delays include delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters’ strike etc.

Refund

After the delivery of the product, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms of size, color or any other defect, the item can be exchanged within 2 days (local purchase & one week (international purchase)after the product delivery. Our staff will conduct a proper checking process before exchanging the product. The product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:

1) The item should not be used.

2) All tags must be kept intact.

3) The item is either faulty or is incorrect in size or color.

4) We should receive it within 2 days(local & one week international)

5) Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6) All costs (shipping charges, taxes and duties) will be borne by the customer at all times. The product can only be exchanged once after the purchase. No returns will be entertained by us.

 Kindly note that, we aim to dispatch all orders within specific time  after order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for custom clearances during the delivery process for international order.
